It’s a spicy and jammy California shiraz. Intense nose of complex composition: brine, roasted rye bread, green pepper, prunes, blackberry, hint of smoke. Round palate has medium body and is rich of red currant, liquored cherry, plums, black gooseberry. Thorns, cranberry and cornel at finish, not that long as could be expected.
