Palladius is a white wine with refined aromas of tropical fruit and stone fruit and saline and mineral touches. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, somewhat unctuous and with notable acidity. The finish is pleasant, generous, and lasting.
The Sadie Family Palladius wine is a seamless entity with a slightly higher acidity than in previous vintages. It is, however, much more layered. The overall polarity in the wine has increased. This great white wine surpasses all “classifications” of wine. It has a high alcohol content, with an acidity that beams at you.
